Hello, this is TAIJui.

가입기간이 될 때마다 반복되는 질문 몇 가지가 있어 사이트 이용에 도움이 되는 내용들을 적어봤습니다.

Every time registration time comes around, there are few repetitive questions.
I'll answer some of them.

1. 언제 가입할 수 있나요? (When do you accept registration)

비정기적으로 가입창이 열립니다.
가입 시기에는 홈페이지 메인화면에 가입 가능한 기간이 공지됩니다.

The registraion page will open sporadically.
During the registration time, there will be a deadline written on mainpage.

2. 아이디 또는 비밀번호가 생각나지 않아요 (I forgot my ID or password)

비밀번호 찾기를 하시면 가입할 때 입력한 메일 주소로 확인 메일이 발송됩니다.
메일이 계속 도착하지 않거나 (스팸메일함도 꼭 확인해 주세요!)
잘못된 메일 주소를 입력한 경우에는 마스터 게시판에 남겨주시면 확인 후 처리해 드립니다. (이름, 닉네임, 메일주소)

If you want to find password, the mail will be sent out to e-mail you registered with.
If the e-mail doesn't arrive(please check junk mail box!) or
wrote a wrong e-mail address, write name, ID/nickname, e-mail address) on ToMaster BBS and I'll will handle it after confirming.

3. 아이디가 사라졌어요 (My ID is gone)

아이디 삭제는 보통 아래의 기준을 따릅니다.

① 가입할 때 가입동기를 제대로 적지 않았거나
② 닉네임에 문제가 있거나
    - 태연이나 태연이의 주변인으로 오해할 만한 닉 / 욕설, 비속어 등이 들어간 닉 / 코갤용어 / 안티용어
③ 가입 이후 방문만 하고 일정기간 동안 최소한의 활동기준을 채우지 못하거나
④ 장기간 방문, 활동이 없거나
⑤ 포인트를 쌓기 위해 무의미한 도배를 반복하는 경우
⑥ 각 게시판 공지를 상습적으로 위반할 경우

회원정리는 비정기적으로 진행되고 있으며 정리 기준은 그때그때 다릅니다.
①,②,③번의 경우에는 가입기간이 종료된 날부터 약 한달 이내에 아이디가 삭제됩니다.

ID deletion is based on these criterion.

① When you register, you didn't write 가입동기(why you registered) properly
② If the ID is inappropriate
    - ex. ID that might confuse people as Taeyeon or Taeyeon's relative/ profanity, slang
③ After registration, not enough activities within certain time (please write something on reply time to time)
④ Inactive for long period of time
⑤ Spamming to earn points (described in 6 what points are for)
⑥ Purposely iolating the rules of any of any notice boards

ID deletion is occuring sporadically, and criterion varies time to time.
In case of ①,②,③, the ID will be deleted within a month after registration date ends.

4. 오랫동안 접속을 못할 것 같아요 (I don't think I can log on for long time)

수능이나 군대, 유학 등으로 장기간 활동이 어려울 경우 마스터게시판에 글을 남겨주시면 회원정리 대상에서 제외됩니다.
단, 회원정리를 피하기 위한 수단으로 악용되는 것을 막기 위해 가입한지 3개월이 넘은 회원만 대상으로 하며 일부 메뉴의 이용이 제한됩니다.
가입만 해놓고 덜렁 수능 때문에 활동 못한다고 글 하나 남기기보다는 수능이 끝난 후에 가입하시면 됩니다. ^^

If you think you will be inactive for long time because of reaasons such as military, studying abroad, etc, write under ToMaster BBS, and you'll be excluded from deletion list.
However, this only applies for people for those who have been member for over 3 months, and will have limited access to the boards.
It's better to be active after being busy rather than register, and go on hiatus right away.

5. 등업은 어떻게 하나요? (How do I level up?)

사이트 활동으로 일정 포인트 이상이 모일 경우 활동회원 등업신청을 할 수 있습니다.
자세한 내용은 등업게시판에 있는 공지를 확인해 주세요.

서포트 입금을 하신 분들은 준회원, 활동회원 등급 외에 서포터 등급이 추가로 부여가 되며, 이는 등업과 아무 관련없습니다.
서포터 등급인 경우 서포터 게시판을 이용할 수 있는 권한이 생깁니다.

Through site activities, you can level up after reaching vertain points.
For further detail, check the announcement board under Levelup board.

For donors, they can have their status added like 준회원(before levelup), 활동회원(after levelup), and this has nothing to do with leveling up.
For those with donor(서포터) status, they have access to the donor page.

6. 포인트는 어디에 쓰이나요? (How do the points get used?)

활동회원 등업에 쓰입니다.

※ 포인트 기준 : 글쓰기 +5 / 메모장 +3 / 댓글 +1 / 추천받음 +1

It's used to level up.

※ How to get points : write +5 / memo +3 / reply +1 / Your post was liked +1

7. 서포트비를 내지 않으면 가입할 수 없나요? (Can I register without donating?)

무료(;)가입입니다..... -_-
팬사이트 운영해서 무슨 부귀영화를 누리겠다고 돈 받고 가입을 시키나요..

서포트는 참여를 원하는 사람에 한해 자율적으로 진행되고 있으며 정기적으로(또는 강제적으로) 서포트비를 입금 받는다거나 하는 일은 절대 없습니다.
또한, 입금된 금액은 100% 서포트에만 사용되며 홈페이지 계정비나 기타 운영비는 전부 운영진 사비로 지출합니다.
(저희 그렇게 궁한 사람들 아닙니다.. -_-)

It's a free fansite.
To register, who collects money to let people join?

Donation is accepted at their will for those who'd like to participate.
We won't accept donation regularly, or force people to donate.
The 100% of the donated money will be used for project and Home page and server fee is paid are paid with our own money.

8. 서포트는 태연이에게 직접 전달하는 건가요? (Does the finished projects get delivered to Taeyeon directly?)

소녀시대 매니저분들을 통해 전달합니다.
직접 주는거 아니니까 이 질문 좀 제발 그만해 주세요.. -_-;

We deliver through SNSD manager.
We don't give it directly. So stop asking us this question.

9. 영상이 나오지 않아요 (The videos aren't played properly)

현재 영상은 root님께서 제공해 주시는 서버에 업로드가 되고 있습니다.
가끔 서버에 문제가 생길 경우 속도가 느리거나 재생이 되지 않을 때가 있으니 파일을 찾을 수 없다고 나오면 서버가 복구될 때까지 조금만 기다려 주세요.

Current videos are uploaded by server provided by root.
If there's a problem with server, videos might be played slowly or won't be played at all.
So If it says it can't find the file, please be patient until the server is restored.

10. 자료를 퍼가도 되나요? (Can I take the datas to somewhere else?)

마스터 자료는 출처를 밝히고 변형하지 않는다면 퍼가셔도 상관없습니다. 자세한건 자료방 공지를 확인해 주세요.
마스터들의 자료가 아닌 다른 회원분들의 자료는 쪽지를 보내서 허락을 받는게 좋은 방법이 아닐까 싶네요.

If the datas are from master's data, you may take the datas if the credit is properly given and don't modify them. (Data board Notice)
If they aren't from master's data, I suggest sending a PM to a person who uploaded and get permission.

11. 게시판에 이미지는 어떻게 올리나요? (How do I upload images on board?)

이미지를 드래그, 복사해서 편집기에 붙여넣기 하시면 됩니다. 참 쉽죠? ^^;
또는, 이미지의 주소를 알고 있는 경우 아래의 방법을 이용해 주세요.

You can drag, copy, and paste under editor.
or If you know image url, follow this.

12. 쪽지는 어떻게 보내나요? (How do I send a PM?)

쪽지를 보낼 사람의 닉네임을 클릭하면 쪽지 쓰기가 가능합니다.

Click a nickname of a person who you wish to send PM to.
